Oh my GOODNESS! Where do I preorder your next book! All kidding aside, I will definitely buy your next books. I am going to make that dipping sauce with the pounded soaked chilies, chili seeds, peanuts, cilantro. After either making or buying the douhua. 🙏thank you for another great article.

With these endless varieties of tofu, meat is secondary and not necessary. I love how tofu is the main character in these dishes and there are minimal disturbances from other ingredients fighting to be seen :)
