Beautiful! I live in the PNW and we have abundant fungi on the forest floor. A fungi foraging class is what I am looking for lol and we are also planning a trip to Yunnan next spring. Most recently, had 牛肝菌 porcini and 羊肚菌 morels for the first time. Yummy!
