Why does everything here look so delicious?! Also, as a huge fan of eggplant, I'm bookmarking this to try making it (or a version of it) in the future. And lastly, those vegetarian malatang skewers look so good!

i've a bunch of 皂角米 that I didn't know what to cook with. Oatmilk sounds like a great idea! Will try soy/oat blend with my soy milk maker

I like how unfancy the eggplant stall looks, which is usually a sign that the food is good. I would like eat more sea grapes since they are abundant where I live, but they always release too much water.
