I like how unfancy the eggplant stall looks, which is usually a sign that the food is good. I would like eat more sea grapes since they are abundant where I live, but they always release too much water.
I'm really hoping to make it to Yunnan this year. Fingers crossed I'll be able find that aubergine stall!

i've a bunch of 皂角米 that I didn't know what to cook with. Oatmilk sounds like a great idea! Will try soy/oat blend with my soy milk maker
